Refund and Return Policy

We allow returns on any product purchased on our website as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the original shipping date and is received back in the same condition it was received.

If the product is returned back in an altered condition (e.g. opened sealed product, damage that was not caused during shipping, etc) or if product is received back outside of the 30 day return window then we may choose to only issue a partial refund for the item. If there are any issues we will notify you via email before processing the refund.

We only offer replacements for damaged or defective items. If you are returning the product for any other reason, we can only issue you a refund for the return. If you need a replacement for your items, we ask that you please contact us first at nftnt@webbedsphere.com before shipping your return.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs (including any applicable customs fees). We do recommend that you choose a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance when returning your product. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during transit to our facility. If your package arrives at our facility with obvious damage, postage due, or owed customs duties and taxes we will refuse delivery of the package.

Refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days of the return of the product. Please note that depending on your bank/credit company it can take 5-8 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have requested a replacement, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the date your return completes processing.
